How to watch encrypted and edintificated by CI -module TV channels

Is there any compatible with Plex DVR tuner who works with MTS cable provider in Russia which works with CI-module for encrypt channel (DVB-C and DVB-T2)?

I need to watch my own subscripted (encrypted by operator) cable TV channels (DVB-C and DVB-T2) with Plex in any devices.

CI-module is a special card module from cable provider which connected to any modern TV and in CI module I can insert identification card from my provider.

Problem is what practically all tuners (except HDHomerun only for USA) in your list is for free cable providers channels without encryption, but my provider provide only encrypted channels.

I use a VU+ receiver with CI+ module and HRTunerProxy add-on. Works like a charm, only thing I have to take care of that the module is not already in use on another channel, since it can only decode one channel at a time.

What is VU+ receiver?

So, this encrypted card module only one plex device can show picture at a time, doesn’t they?

Or all plex devices show only one channel at s time, doesn’t they?

Ask Google about Vu+, it is a manufacturer of set top boxes for cable or satellite.
If it is CI+ (not only CI) then only one single channel can be viewed at a time, by any number of clients. But only that particular channel, other channels don’t work simultaneously.

I think I have ci+ module, two my tvs compatible with ci-module has dvb-s2 and support Ci+ as I understand , but I am not sure what card I have. People write on forums what all modern Russia providers use Ci+ and on MTS site in exceptions I found ci+ module error.

So, if it s Ci+ (Not Ci) I can’t decode more then one channels at a time, can I?

And because of that ci+ restrictions I have dvr feature on my tv and I can’t record channel and simultaneously watch another channels.

So, don’t need to buy any dvr receivers for plex, because Watch will be restricted by one channels for all clients. So, I am got appset.
