Http://localhost:32400/web/index.html is unavailable but PLEX works on devices

Thank you for providing the diagnostics from the special builds provided to you and for a copy of the database.

Appears to be a regression that has led to some requests to the server taking a long time to complete - leading to timeouts at the plex client end. There appears to be a database data fetch that is taking a long time and with 43 libraries that long fetch is multiplied 43 times leading to excessive time to complete the one request which is collecting data from all the libraries.

The diagnostics are being looked into by our development team.

Cool. I’m still using your last diagnostic build as it seems for some reason more accessible than the last production build.
I’m also adding a few things from time to time. Hope that isn’t a problem. I’m guessing you have enough stuff to work with. Tell the team thanks and good luck.

Thank you @tramp78 for all your help providing all the diagnostics that enabled us to find this bug.

The issue relates to database accesses and the more libraries you have the worse it gets.

A fix will get pushed out. I will post when it is released

@sa2000 is it available yet ?

Not yet - getting close

@tramp78 I sent you a new alpha build with further improvements to database accesses

Are the bugfixes in this Alpha already incorporated in the latest 1.18.5 Build? Having the same issues. Would very much like to try if it fixes my problems with all 1.18.x builds.

Plex Media Server 1.18.6.2348 is now out as beta

It has the changes for speeding up server database transactions that were causing timeouts and failure of Plex client apps connecting to the server - seen on servers with many libraries.

  • (Performance) Speed up connectivity tests and library discovery (‪#10930‬)

See release note for other changes

Since I don’t have access to the Beta Channel, I’ll wait until it is released.

As far as I can see, you do have a Plex Pass subscription so you should have access to the beta downloads

Go to https://plex.tv/downloads and sign in with your account and then on the downloads page, toggle the Plex Pass Downloads button.

For auto update downloads, go to server settings, general and show advanced and select the Plex Pass channel

Is this one any different from the last alpha you sent me? Just curious.

1.18.6.2348 is a later build than alpha build 1.18.6.2342
So please do update. Development / Alpha builds should not be used once there is a later official release build

Trying it out now. So far so good.

Hello this is me again, I install version 1.18.6.2368-97add474d and issue is not fixed At least for me.
