I am unable to claim the server

Hello, I currently have an issue as I cannot find any solution despite several hours of searching on the web. I have reinstalled my Plex server on my QNAP TS233 NAS but I cannot claim the server.

I tried changing the token via SSL but without success because the file refuses to save. I’m running out of ideas and it’s becoming very complicated for me. I just want a valid token (I think I deleted the old one by mistake) and I find it incredible that it’s so difficult to get the server running again. Thank you for any help you can provide
