I can access from Safari, but I can't access from the ipad plex app

I am using Custom server access URLs.
The Remote Access function is turned off, and video playback is possible using the Safari browser.

If I allow IP access in the setting of a host of the plex server, I can also access the ios plex app.
It seems that the ios plex app tries to access with Remote Access, not the Custom URL.

I tried googling for nearly three hours and tried everything I could, but it didn’t work out, so I looked for help.
