@jp992751 which server are you having issues with? looks like you have two of them , each on different routers.

Jp992751 doesn’t exist anymore and I’ve deleted it a couple of times and it still comes back for some reason though nothing can be played on it. Porras is the server we use and no one outside the network can accesses it on the or Apps just on the computers.

if you have a WD My Cloud Home you need to disable secure connections and/or set clients to allow connecting to an insecure server. https://app.plex.tv only works with secure connections. if need to use the web app use http://LocalIPadress:32400/web when local and http://externalIPadress :port/web …
