@Divv4k I don’t see anything wrong with your cert. Do you mind sharing your logs. Which URL are you trying to access it with? have you tried clearing cache/site data in browser?

My remote users are getting playback error - works on the local network though. This just started today as everything worked fine yesterday.

Without other info I would either tell them to reboot their devices our you reboot your server to start with. I see nothing wrong with your certificate. If you still have issues please make your own topic with info about your network set up. logs from a remote player that can’t connect would be help…

my users are all seeing this error as well. only way I can get remote access is enabling relay. is there a way I can check my cert myself?
