I have a paid subscription to plex (new today) running on Nvidia shield. I bought it to run live tv programs, but I cannot get them to work or even find out how to get them into the library. I need help here.

Hi, no I do not have any type of tuner that I’m aware of. When I activated Plex, there was no mention of needing an antenna or tuner before I paid for the subscription (a years worth) If I need either of those at an extra cost, then I would really like my money refunded.

Live TV requires a supported tuner.
