I can't connect the Plex app to my server

I moved my content to an external drive. I’ve managed to get the plex web app to see my content but the Plex desktop app says my server’s unavailable. I inadvertently created a second server with the same name as my original server. The web app found the new server. The Plex desktop app shows two servers and shows it is connected to one of them. It shows the other as unavailable. I am sure this has something to do with the duplicate server. I would appreciate guidance on fixing this. Thanks.

Delete the duplicate server from https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms – this will remove them from your account.
If both servers have the same name, you might accidentally delete the wrong one… in that case: after deleting both, open the “good one” via its local IP address, go to Settings > [Server Name] > General and click Sign In at the center of that settings page.
