I can't match tv shows

hi i cant match my tv shows i put them though filebot matching them with TVDB still nothing and there is no option to match them on plex itself

You should be able to rematch an entire show. However, it is possible that the episodes got merged with another show. If that’s the case, you’ll need to split the show first. That will give you 2 copies of that show and you can rematch one of them.

So… what exactly are you doing to match them?
Mind sharing what particular show that is and how you organized/named the files?

the show is ted lasso i use file bot and tvdb to match

Well… that leaves much to my imagination :wink:

The following folder structure / naming should be working for that show:

TV Shows   <- the folder linked to your tv-show library
  Ted Lasso (2020)
    Season 01
      Ted Lasso (2020) - s01e01 - Pilot.ext
      Ted Lasso (2020) - s01e02 - Biscuits.ext
      Ted Lasso (2020) - s01e03.ext
      ...
      Ted Lasso (2020) - s01e10.ext

Where .ext is your respective file extension. Episode titles are completely optional, therefore I only included them in episodes 1+2 but skipped them for the rest of the example.

Match worked straight away for me using that file naming – same goes if I’m manually matching the show from within Plex. I’ve been testing this with both the new TV Series as well as the TVDb agent.
