I can't play media with EAC3 audio

Hi. I can’t play any media with EAC3 audio. I’ve tried everything I found online, from renaming the codecs folder to “codecs.old” forcing a redownload of all the codecs, no luck. I also tried downloading and replacing the encoders and decoders for EAC3 manually in the folders, but still no luck. It seems that the codec is in the folder but cannot use it or something like that, I am not sure why it’s doing this. I don’t have any problem with any other media beside that.

I finaly got it to work after installing Dolby AC-3/AC-4 Installer from Download Dolby AC-3/AC-4 Installer - MajorGeeks

429 is the HTTP code for too many requests. That’s because your IP was trying too many times and you got temporarily blocked. Most likely what fixed it was it just trying again later.

I fixed it by transferring the “codecs” folder from an older backup of the server.
