Remote server sill not play eac3

Hello All

Thanks in advance and Happy New Year.

I have been trying to get my clients to play content with the eac3 audio. NO LUCK I just get the dreaded unable to play. (see pic)Screenshot from 2021-01-01 17-21-18

Can someone please review my logs and see where the error is. I have tried every different kind of setting for transcoding
