my password is 128 digits long and i know 100% which one it is. Whenever I want to reset my Plex pin, I get an error message, see picture. Yes, I tried to put my Google-Authy code on the back of my password!

You have 2FA activated on your Plex account.
The Pin reset dialog hasn’t been updated to account for 2FA yet.
Which means you need to employ a workaround: put the 2FA verification code directly into the Password inpout field, directly behind the password (no space or other character inbetween!).

I cannot. Your password might be simply too long for the form to handle.
