I have a problem. I no longer have access to my PIN or my 2F Authentication.

I have the 2Factor Authentication security 1 time keys. I have my account password, I have access to the email… but none of that seems to be enough.

I literally do not even care if the whole account is lost/gets deleted. But I would MUCH rather keep the account/email it is attached to instead of needing a second email just for Plex.

The issue is, if I try to go to settings to disable 2FA, it requires the PIN. If I try to reset the PIN, it requires the 2FA.

Any ideas? I wish there was some, ANY support I could contact.

Are you not able to use one of your one-time recovery keys in place of the standard 2FA verification code?

No, I tried it with 3 different codes. And I know they are the correct ones, they were stored in my password manager.

Not sure what’s going on then, I just tried it for myself (https://www.plex.tv/pin-reset/) and the recovery code in place of the verification code worked without issues.
