For some reason the sync function on all 3 of my Kindle Fire Tablets has stopped working. When you tell something to sync it does add it to the queue and even show you a status on the conversion process. However, when it comes time for the download it just says waiting. I’ve tried everything including resetting the server and the tablet, updating to the latest firmware, deleting the app and starting from scratch, nothing seems to work. Sync works fine on my IOS and Android devices. I assume it’s some kind of a bug in the latest firmware. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

I have the exact same problem. I have two kindle fires (7" and 8") and two ipads. Ipads have no issue. Kindle fires do not work. Ended up having to use VLC on my last vacation because the sync functionality is so broken. How do we get Plex’s attention on this?

Sadly no. The plex team seems to busy building stuff like support for 3D glasses rather than make a stable product for the masses.
Fixing bugs is too demeaning for programmers. Not sexy enough.
