I click "claim server". then I see the swirly thing... nothing happens

i just reinstalled the server. I go to 10.0.0.140. It asks me to put in a server name. no mater what name i put in(the old name or a new one), it says i need to claim the server. i try claiming it. nothing happens.

First, please add log as a zip next time!
And you have an issue with your Synology Network setup (Most likely either DNS or default gateway)

i just got a new router. the ip address have changed. I took advantage of the network down time to re organize them. I don’t see how that would affect plex(but I’m somewhat new to Plex) if I were reinstalling it.

In order to claim a server, plex needs to contact plex.tv
