Hello,
I use PLEX since 2017 and it has always worked well
But today, when trying to play a chapter of a series that I’m watching, it plays the video well, but audio does not come out

I’ve looked at settings and audio options and it’s all right

with other series and movies does not happen to me, but with the 291 chapters of dragon ball Z does not get me audio (I have tried several episodes), instead, it reproduces everything well in dragon ball 1 (which have the same format as the archives of the Z.)

any ideas?

does the file play properly outside Plex, e.g. using VLC?

Play on which type of client?
On what type of device?
Connected to which type of audio system?
What kind of audio track is in your media file? (find out using the Plex media info )
