No Audio in Plex, VLC works fine

I’ve tested multiple episodes and one specific episode won’t play audio in Plex. Below is the read out of the audio via MediaInfo. I looked at another episode, that plays fine in Plex, and it has the same audio “signature”. I tested the episode on Apple TV (4th gen, latest OS), iPhone (iOS 10.3.2), and via web in Safari/Chrome, no audio on any player.

Per @plex request on twitter, I added server and debug logs followed by XML data.

I re-encoded the file in handbrake using “fast 1080p 30” template and solved the issue. No idea what the actual cause was, unfortunately.
