I don't see the Extras

Server Version#: 1.41.7.9823

I’m new to Plex and am trying to set up my movie library so I can have separate versions of movies and all the Extras.
I have organized my NAS storage like this:

/Movies
   /Avatar (2009)
      Avatar (2009) {edition-Cinematografica}.mkv
      Avatar (2009) {edition-Estesa}.mkv
      /Behind The Scenes
         Performance Capture.mkv
      /Deleted Scenes
         Bar Fight.mp4
         Lost Sister.mkv

Plex created the two movies for me and I see them connected to each other but he didn’t create anything for me from the Extras. Where can I find the Extras?
Did I do something wrong?

You can’t mix extras with multiple editions of a movie in the same movie folder. Generally, you’ll create one top-level movie folder per edition and have extras assigned to them individually (e.g. a deleted scene of tre theatrical release might be a regular part of an extended cut ).

Thanks, that’s how it works.
Another question: is it possible to make it so that when there are different versions of a film instead of seeing it duplicated with multiple covers, to have just one and then go into the details of the film and choose which version to see?

There’s currently no option to merge/consolidate editions as a single library item. That being said, there’s a feature suggestion to address this for which you can vote.

Personally I’ve created an „alternative cuts“ collection and added all „non primary“ movie editions to that as a workaround. The collection is configured to hide its items, so only the main editions are listed. I can access all alternative editions through that collection or from the „Other editions of…“ hub of the primary edition.

Thank’s Tom.
I’m trying to follow your advice and I created a Collection called ‘Alternative Versions’, in the advanced options of the Collection I set the item for the display in “Library Defaults”, in the properties of the library I set “Hide items that are contained in Collections”. In this way in the Library view I see a folder ‘Alternative Versions’ that contains the alternative versions of all the movies. Is it possible to make that folder disappear too?

No, that’s not currently supported.
But you could assign a sort title and prefix it with ZZ_. That way, it’ll only show at the very end of the library.
