My router is ARRIS Touchstone Cable Modem CM820 DOCSIS 3.0 8x4, need to know how to fix this. Please help can’t access the remotely. Thanks for any help you can give.

Win 7x64, no, just laptop running the past. Connect thru the router I gave and that’s it.
Typo not part but router mentioned, IPv4.
If you can define one LAN port in your cable modem in “bridge mode” and connect it to the WAN port of your router this will solve your problem, but the above article presents several possible solutions.
