I have a problem with a few avi's not playing

I have some avi’s that will not play on my Xbox one. They play on other devices and through the web.
I just get a black screen and it times out after a while. Plex Server does not show anything under playing or conversion

The info from plex is :

I think I need to add something to profile to transcode. I added this :

VideoProfile container=“avi” codec=“mpeg4” audioCodec=“mp3,pcm”
with a < and />
and it didn’t change anything.

Can anyone help ?
