I have a problem with plex

I can’t add movies subtitle ( can u make sub from computer) or from www.opensubtitles.org or to put from other site that is in romanian from me? We have other site for romanian subtitles.

and music can’t add 28000 files

What do you mean by “my site”?
The subtitle source you are using? If so, that is not possible.
