I have “ghost” users importing into Ombi from Plex

The issue I’m experiencing is that there are a number of “ghost” users that get synced into Ombi from Plex. These are former users who I’ve removed access to my server, but for some reason their accounts are still associated with my Plex account somehow.

I’ve gone as far as rebuilding my entire environment on brand new hardware, and it they are still showing up, so it’s something associated with my account. How can I purge these users?
