I have Plex Pass, but can't access DVR software?

Hey Guys,
I’m trying to get the beta DVR software for my QNAP NAS, but when i click on the links, it says i don’t have permission to access them. I’m logged into my plex pass acount, it says i’m active status and my plex payment is settled. But it won’t allow me access to the plex pass forums.

Has anyone else had this issue?

clear your web browser’s cache
then click on this link https://forums.plex.tv/sso

Cool thanks, i logged in from another web browser, effectively a clean cache, and it upgraded me to plex pass forum member. Now i have other forums showing up. Thanks.
