Trying to install Plex version for DVR - getting error

I’ve ordered an HDHomeRun and plan on using the Plex DVR beta software with it. I installed Plex and have played around with it. I read that you have to install a particular version of the Plex Server. When I click on the link to go to the software download I get this:

Permission Problem
You don’t have permission to do that.

I have not purchased my Plex Pass yet (thought I’d wait until the HDHR arrives and I’ve got that set up first).

Any ideas on what’s going on.

You need to buy a Plex pass first, as to have access to that part of the forum.
