I have purchased a PlexPass specifically for the new Plex DVR Beta. It tells me I don’t have permission to access. Can someone please help. Thanks!
The ID you are signed on here with does not show as having a Plex Pass. It is probable you purchased your pass under a different ID.
There will be Ninjas or Plex employees along shortly that can help more
Did you buy the Plex Pass just now?
It takes a while until it has been registered. Just now, the forum system doesn’t know yet of your Plex Pass and therefore doesn’t give you access to the relevant beta testing subforum.
Go here to see if your Plex Pass is already known to the plex backend:
