I’m getting a message when signing on that says “user could not be authenticated”

Hello!

I’ve reinstalled the plex player in my android device (huawei mate 20 pro - Android 10 version 11.0.0.200) but when I launch the app the error “user could not be authenticated” is highlighted. How can I solve? Thank you.
The plex media server is installed on the Synology NAS ds916 + and the other connected devices all work.
