I made my own plex server for second time on oracle cloud and can't log in

Server Version#:1.31.0.6654-02189b09f-ls152

I installed plex server on docker linuxserver/plex, opened port 32400, made a tunnel ssh with putty serverip:32400. I can log in to localhost:32400 with my account but when it’s going redirect give me a message like:

And can’t enter to server for first config…
