I have a Plex Pass and linked Tidal account, and it works fine from the web player, but on my Android app it used to work but now just says:
TIDAL is Currently Unavailable
Please verify that the server is running and has a network connection. If you need additional help please visit https://support.plex.tv for assistance.
The server is running and does have a network connection, and as stated works with web player.
So I need additional assistance, and frankly, the support link was not helpful.
Additionally to not being able to select TIDAL (message saying: Tidal is Currently Unavailable), I tried clicking on “Discovery Radio” (it is the only way I had to get a Mix from my library songs and some TIDAL tracks simmultaneously), now this option crashes my PLEX android App (7.25.1.14216).
Please fix this. I started paying for TIDAL to have an full Plex integration and so far it is not as “smooth” as advertised.
Also having the same issues for almost a week now. Tidal is accessible on web and desktop as well as iOS but not my main Android phone. I have just tested it by logging in on my spare Android phone and it seems to work fine.
I guess @bradbart948 solution will be the only way forward and we will all have to also suffer again the same re-customising of our sidebars and hubs. Again.
Going to Settings -> Apps -> Plex -> Storage and pressing “Clear Data” fixed the problem. I just had to log into the Plex app again, and re-select my home page navigation, which isn’t too hard.
My Tidal is working on the web but it’s not recognizing my subscription on android app. I’m running the latest version (7.26.0.14578). Tidal shows up but everything I click on says preview only and no playlists, on my desktop player everything plays and playlists show up.
I originally came here to figure out how to fix the error but now the error is gone but I can’t get it to sync with my subscription…
