I think I broke my plex server agents

Well, what I did is basically this:

I had a very old jail in Freenas, from 9.x or something… After upgrading system to Freenas 11.0 I decided to move everything from old jail to new jail because updates were problematic.

First of all, I mounted same folders to the new jail, and copied entire “/usr/local/plexdata-plexpass” directory to the new jail. Installed Plex… But of course I thought it would work that way, and didn’t thought that something could go wrong and didn’t read “THE” documentation about how to do it properly.

So, now, while libraries are there, there are no thumbnails, and metadata agents are not working. When I try to search for something it doesn’t even look up just shows an empty result page with one line which the title is also empty. So I’m sure I broke it, but do you know how to fix it?

Best guess is that’s it’s permissions.

Check the permissions of the plex data dir

That was the first thing I checked… Permissions are set to plex user/group.
