I think plex blocked my ip

HELP, PLEASE!
I’ve had my own Plex server for about 2+ years now.
But since a few days ago, I can’t connect to my server (Linux, latest version)…
Tried 2 different browsers (Chrome, Edge) but couldn’t connect…
I can’t connect even with the Windows plex app.

I can only connect with my phone (LTE mode). TT
Cannot connect in Wi-Fi mode.
→ not blocking plex on windows

Can you make a tar.gz of the files in the “Logs” directory and attach it here?

This sounds like the host networking went sideways on you. Maybe the logs can give a clue.

May I have the entire ZIP?

  1. Restart Plex
  2. Wait 3 minutes
  3. Stop Plex
  4. Create a ZIP of the “Logs” folder (under “Plex Media Server”)

Attach that ZIP file please

I changed my IP and it connects to plex. :slight_smile:
If I can’t connect to plex again, I’ll post on the forum
