Debug logs attached
Hi there.
I have a couple of friends added onto my Plex, but whenever they try to access it on their home broadband, it’s flat out not working. I have checked with them to see if perhaps the server IP is blocked, it is not.
I have checked if the server host has the home broadband ISP blocked, they don’t… and I am stuck trying to figure out what is going on.
The plex.direct link is [deleted] Mod Edit: Do not post the direct link to your server.
I have asked people to try this link on 4G and it works, but on the home broadband it is not.
Weirdly I am on the same ISP and it’s working fine (May be due to the ISP having different ranges)
For clarity, I am using a Seedbox with Seedhost in the Netherlands, so if there is something there, then I can relay that to those guys
I am unsure what to troubleshoot or how to resolve this. Some people suspected it may be a SSL Cert or something going weird, but I don’t use a custom cert or anything like that. And IPv6 is turned off within Plex.
I have cleared cache and restarted PMS.
I seen some thread about turning off remote access for an hour and turning it back on. No good there.
It was working fine up until about 10th July when I initially got messages about it.
Any help would be appreciated ![]()
