My Plex server won't connect Windows 10

Hello Everyone, need some help. I’ve been having problems with my plex server. For somewhat reason it just won’t connect to my server. I tried doing some troubleshooting:

  1. I tried uninstalling the apps and re-installing them
  2. Tried opening in another browser
  3. Remove my Media Sever

And Nothing

try using the actual IP address of the server…

Forgive me for my ignorance. Which is the actual IP address?

Open a command prompt on the server and type ipconfig. Look for “IPv4 Address”

That is the thing the server won’t appear. There is no way for me to know.

I deleted my account and created a new one. Now it doesn’t give me the option to add an server. This is so frustrating.
