I recently updated my app on Xbox one and installed the app on my Xbox Series X and now I can no longer stream movies from my server on my laptop to my consoles. The Xbox one worked fine before the update. Please help.
Does the media navigation load. Like can you navigate around. Just trying to understand if it not is still connected to the server at all.

Yes and thanks for responding. The app is connected to the server and will stream the plex tv channels. When I try to stream movies or tv shows from the server it stutters and eventually crashes.
OK. Can you go to setting and enable logging. this will write the xbox app logs to your server logs.
Reproduce the issue where playback fails then grab your server logs and message them to me by clicking on my username and then the message button.
