If I Click "Manage Libraries" then "Edit Library" option to "Add Folders" is missing

I would just restart your Plex app or restart the computer.

Note: My server was just displaying the same issue, a restart resolved the problem.

I’ve seen this kind of thing caused by ad blockers.

Is this server a WD MyCloud Home NAS device?
If so, then you can only use the pre-defined folders and libraries.

Oh well, yes, it is a wd mycloud device. Sad to hear there is no way to do this. I had already deleted the predefined libraries thinking I could create my own and now I won’t even be able to use those.
