If Plexamp is going to use volume leveling it needs a Preamp setting

Currently, Plexamp is giving me about 30% of the total volume. This is frustrating and annoying. Plex needs Preamp settings like Foobar2000.

Have you tried an external solution like Equaliser APO with the PEACE gui frontend? I haven’t experienced any negative volume levelling (all my tracks have the same volume level, despite knowing a few tracks beforehand had a much lower level).

If you are using Equaliser APO already, try restarting your computer as the gain level tends to bug out when separate audio sources are cycled in combination with sleeping/waking the system…
