If the laptop screen resolution is 768p is it possible to get OpenPHT to still output 1080p on HDMI

Hi
If the laptop screen resolution is 768p is it possible to get OpenPHT to still output 1080p on HDMI port? The settings on OPENPHT won’t allow it past 768p.

The laptop is: HP Stream 11.6" Laptop 11-r007TU

windows laptop? should be fine if your HDMI output screen is running at 1080p and openpht is running on that screen

Don’t know if you can call it a “Windows” laptop any longer - it has been flashed to run the OPENPHT disk image so Windows is long gone.
So the TV is 1080p (the output screen you refer to) yet the highest I can select in Plex is 768p. To me that suggests Plex is reading this off the laptop screen info and not looking at the display card spec or it is and the display card is only capable of 768p in which case I’m never going to output 1080p on the HDMI port. So I need a dev to pass comment on the inner workings of OPENPHT.
