I'm confused

Server Version#: 1.12.2.4964
Player Version#: dunno

Ok, I can’t get remote access for the heck of it.

Here’s my setup:

I have a Netgear Orbi Mesh Wifi System. My WD My Cloud Home is plugged into one of the 2 satellites. My gateway is set to bridge mode, so only the orbi router should assign IP addresses. I have reserved IP addresses on the router GUI to the WD My Cloud Home and both my TVs. Whenever I try to enable remote access on my home cloud Plex server it goes green for about 1 second and then goes red again with the message ‘Not available outside your network’
I have tried manual port forwarding but get the same result. Plex Media server is allowed through my windows firewall.
uPnP is enabled on the Netgear Router (I have toggled it off and back on too).

I’ve tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you

The simplest thing to do would be to put your Orbi into AP mode and do the port forwarding on the Gateway device.

Have you verified that you don’t have CGNAT from your ISP?
Did you set up a port forward on the gateway to the orbi and then orbi to server?
