1.19.2.2673 beta version (just deployed) with a fix for this ; See Plex Media Server
You should now have a Visibility preference and this can be toggled between 3 different states; This should allow you to have it hidden from dashboard only; or dashboard and search if you wish!
Also you don’t need to do any action on the existing Libraries as the previous setting value will be auto migrated.
