I'm Not Getting An Answer From Anyone!

I’ve posted this a couple of times already. I’m starting to regret I payed for lifetime membership. What’s taking so long for PLEX to support EAC3 codecs on ROKU devices? I just purchased Roku Stick+ figuring maybe my last Roku was too old. However, I’m still having the same problem with my Roku, it tries to transcode the codec for 10-15 minutes and does nothing. Infact, the Windows desktop player and web player all do the same thing. The only device that plays EAC3 code is my Samsung SmartTV, but the PLEX navigation on Samsung SUCKS!! PLEX really needs to push more on improving codec support, and put it on a higher priority! PLEASE!! I’m not a free member, I deserve a response!!
