Sorry, will be unable to provide much client logs\details here. This is someone watching remote. He is having issues watching anything with EAC3 audio, he said he has a Roku. He said he gets “Playback error. Playback as stopped due to multiple playback errors”. Shouldn’t Plex transcode that for him? I might be able to have him get some information from his client but he is not good with tech. I can get any info from my server.
Hoping for suggestions on how to proceed without having to replace files.
