Some of my movies have implemented subtitles on the videotrack.
This means that Plex can't regonize any subtitles on the movie.
Can I manually setup this, so when I'm searching on my server,
the movie will appear as it has subtitles?

When you examine the video file, do the subtitles show as another 'stream' in the video file, or are the subtitles 'burned in' and an integral part of the video stream?
Subtitles which are 'burned in' are not visible by Plex as they are part of the video itself.
To my knowledge, there is no such possibility. But:
You could use a (in my opinion, ugly) hack for this. Simply place an empty subtitle file beside the movie file.
For instance, lets say you've got an anime with japanese audio and burned in subtitles in english. Take the empty .srt file which I attached here and rename it.
The name has to be exactly like the movie file, minus its extension (.avi .mp4 .mkv. or what ever it is in your case)
but it must end with ".eng.srt".
[example: if the movie file is 'A.Letter.to.Momo.(2011).mp4', you rename the subtitle file to 'A.Letter.to.Momo.(2011).eng.srt' ]
If the language of the burned in subtitles is not english, then exchange the .eng with the 3-letter language code from this table that fits your language. (if there are two codes noted for your particular language, use the one that is marked with (B )
Now Plex will mark your movie as if it had subtitles.
However, this approach has a number of drawbacks. For instance, it could cause PMS to recode the file at playback time and thus overloading your server hardware. So if your playback starts to stutter and lag after you add the subtitle file, you have no choice but to remove it.

I know this is a bit old, but I have yet to find a solution.
My video files have the subtitles as another stream in the file (ie: not burned). Though Plex doesn’t show this stream in the file info. There are 4 Streams (Video, Audio#1, Audio#2 and Subtitle), and Plex only shows 3 of them.
How can I show them in the subtitles tag in Plex?
Please. Show me what Plex thinks they are (XML)
Also, if you have a tool such as MKVMerge (which can read MP4 or MKV), grab a screenshot of what it presents in the lower left pane for each track. It will tell us precisely what is in the file.
Last, as I have forgotten, what external files you have and their type (encoding SSA/ASS, SRT, PGS, etc)

See Attached.
There are no external files
Thank you for that information. Plex should be detecting the internal subtitles as you show them .
I would like you to
a) verify the problem still exists (one more time) by manually performing analysis on the file (highlight and click Analyse)
b) if PMS fails to pick up the subtitle in the media info (get Info -> XML) then please create a sample file using any of these methods https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201035968-Generating-Sample-Files-from-Media
c) Attach that file, with your next post and we’ll take a look at it.
Still not showing after running the Analyse. When trying to use the Plex Transcoder to create the sample it gave me this error:
[mp4 @ 01f67820] track 1: codec frame size is not set
[mp4 @ 01f67820] track 2: codec frame size is not set
[mp4 @ 01f67820] Could not find tag for codec bin_data in stream #3, codec not currently supported in container
Could not write header for output file #0 (incorrect codec parameters ?): Invalid argument
I will download MKVToolNix and give it a try
Please grab the full analysis / log files. There’s more information there I need to see. trying to give you the whole list is pretty daunting.
easiest way to grab all the files : Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs. Attach that ZIP file with your next post.
Logs attached
Would you mind analyzing that one file again? I cannot find the error message you quoted anywhere in the logs. I suspect it rolled off.
As soon as you do the Analyze, wait 30 seconds and then regenerate the ZIP file and attach again.
The error is from trying to create the Sample file using the Transcoder. The Analyse completes without showing me any errors.
I ran both again though, just in case. I also rebooted my server this morning.
Thanks for trying that again
Please carve a piece off the front end of that file and attach it. The log files are indeed useless.

Sorry for the delay, but here is a 60s sample file of the video. Let me know if it isn’t big enough.
I used two different tools to examine the file, ffmpeg and mkvtoolnix.
Below are my results, which match what PMS reports. Neither see any subtitles track (by tag) meaning the subtitles are burned into the image. If they are an integral part of the image, there is nothing for PMS to detect.
Strange, I wonder why VLC sees the “Chapters” stream as “Subtitles”
Thank you for checking though.
VLC just got a very major overhaul (4K -> 2K direct conversion). Possible something got ‘dinged’ in the process?
Or, are you possibly running on an older version which had a detection bug?
