Import from iTunes Playlist after Library Already Created in Windows Version on PMS

I have 2 Plex servers, both with identical Music and Video libraries located on their local drives on their respective laptops. This configuration allows users to switch to the backup laptop server in the event that one of the laptops go down.

This feature request would add Playlist refresh from source in the Windows 10.

Currently, only my MacOS version of the Plex allows this refresh capability. See Figure (1).

On the Dell XPS 15 Windows box, there is no option to refresh the Playlists. Just options to “Unpin” and “Reorder”. See Figure (2).

on your xps15 server, do you have itunes plugin enabled and the path to the itunes.xml set correctly ?

On the xps15 I do have the plugin “Enabled”. However, after double checking, I had the wrong path to the XML file (since corrected path, save and server restarted.). I shouldn’t have any issues with installing the plugin even with an incorrect path name to the XML playlist would I?

Even after correcting the path to the XML, I still don’t have an iTunes plugin. Will I have to rebuild the libraries since making the XML path name correct?
