Impossible to connect to the Plex Media Server from the NAS since the last update (28/04/2019)

Server Version#: 1.15.4.993-bb4a2cb6c
Player Version#: 5.13 on iPad (for exemple)

Since the last server update to the version 1.15.4.993-bb4a2cb6c, it is impossible to connect to my media files on the server from the remote app (Android, or iPad, or Windows, or Plex web app).

The error showed is:
“Impossible d’établir une connexion sécurisée avec « Etude_Chynois ».
Son paramètre « Connexions sécurisées » peut être désactivé, ou vous pouvez ajuster quelques paramètres de votre réseau.
Vous pouvez aussi dès à présent autoriser les connections non sécurisées, ce qui aura pour effet de recharger l’application de façon non sécurisée.”

Basically, it says that the connection is not secure: http and it should be https.
I tried to follow the steps to configure the secure connection on the server on my NAS (Synology), but even if the server is running, it is impossible to connect to it via the URL:
http://[NAS ip]:32400/web/index.html
or https://[NAS ip]:32400/web/index.html
or directly by clicking on the Plex Server icon from the NAS diskstation system.

Could you please help me and guide to a workaround? because the Plex Media Server is useless…
