Impossible to play

Good morning, when I try to play a file:
if I am connected via wifi to the router I have no problems, I can play any file, but if I use mobile data I can’t play practically any file and I get this error:

It can’t be a download problem because I have 139Mbps with the fixed network while with the mobile network 827Mbps.
What could it be?

Plex needs to transcode the video.

The Pi4 is not powerful enough to transcode video.

Therefore, playback fails with the “not enough CPU” message.

There is not enough info to tell why Plex wants to transcode the video. Possibly the video exceeds the 20 Mbps upload bandwidth.

If possible, attach a set of debug level server logs that capture the problem.

Probably Settings > Help & Support > Debugging > Show Enhanced Video Player Debug Overlay.
