Impossible to reach PMS (timeout) on my QNAP NAS

i tried to reach PMS but impossible , i have a timeout issue.

In QTS AppCenter, stop PMS.
Then reboot the QNAP
After it’s up and running again, go into the QTS AppCenter, and start PMS
Wait 5 min, then try again and report back

it’s working! in parallel i also disabled the firewall for info perhaps its would help

Depending on how you have QuFirewall setup, you may need to unblock port 32400 (for instance if you’re running zero trust configuration).

That said, every once in a while, I have to reboot the QNAP to get Plex to reconnect. Just stopping and starting the service doesn’t help. Usually it’s after upgrading Plex, but it’s not that often. When I have a connection problem like you’re describing, I simply reboot the NAS if it’s feasible at that time.
