Impossible to remove the trailer from the film file

I’m currently testing to integrate my trailers myself.
I deleted the trailer but it still shows up on the movie’s page even though I did the right thing: “Update metadata”.

Do you have an idea?

Plex is pretty determined sometimes to hold onto some info, even when it’s non-existent anymore. Local extras like trailers are one of them. I think you’ll probably have to “Plex Dance” the movie to completely remove it from the database.

Make sure you are not being fooled by the web browser’s cache.
Leave the preplay page of the movie and re-enter it, if a change isn’t reflected.

In some cases you even have to reload the web app in your browser (F5).

hello, yes I have already tried it, I even confirmed by the Android Plex app and I also have the trailer showing.

thanks for the tip. on the other hand, if I move my film, when I put it back, it will appear in “last movie added” and I would like it to display as before
