I am unable to remove in plex old trailers and shows that no longer exist in my Library. These items were once part of my plex library but since have been deleted from drive. Plex still includes them in library and are unplayable and not able to be deleted in plex itself. Can you address this Bug in the plex system please. I have followed all steps to remove items, recanned my plex content over and over, wiped my drives and readded folders to drive,readded liraries to plex and resanned…nothing works.

Doesn’t sound so much like a bug. If those items are local extras, they won’t go away by rescanning them… refreshing the main item‘s metadata should do the trick.
If that doesn’t work, please report back.

yes I have tried that many times. The show was renamed and moved to a different drive. However the show still shows in the plex library even though there is not even a folder in the original library location.
server logs might provide some more details/insight if there’s a more substantial problem with your server.
