So the Plex app on my TV could not see my stored movies. So I enabled all libraries for access by all users and now the TV app will not load - just a spinning circle? I am sure this is just a newbie problem but it is odd and does not turn up in support searches the way I searched.

I could not access my movies on the Fire TV App so I granted access to all users for all libraries. Now the app opens then just has a spinning circle. Not sure the next step for troubleshooting but will grab any logs suggested.

Do you experience the same on other Plex clients (e.g. the hosted Plex Web)?
You’ll need to supply some additional information.
TV make and model?
Plex app version? Should be listed in app settings or Authorized Devices.
Plex Media Server version? 1.32.x.yyyy, etc.
Is the TV local or remote to the Plex server?
Are you using your login on the TV or is it used by someone with whom you share libraries?
Using the same login, can you see the libraries on a different client, such as Plex Web or Plex Desktop?
I turned on the TV this morning and it began working?? No system update.
