Inconsistent UI for TV seasons

I’m updating a large number of TV show’s metadata. When I update a poster (it happens with show posters and season posters, but testing with season posters seems more consistent replicating these results) the show page (frame?) updates and changes “Season 1” to " All Episodes."

To replicate:

1. Select any TV show in a TV library with more than one season
2. Click the pen icon on the poster for Season 2
3. Change the poster and hit “Save Changes”

At this point the browser window will update and the name and link to season 1 will be replaced with “All Episodes”

When you click on the link to “All Episodes” it takes you to the page for just the first episode of the show, essentially breaking the navigation to the first season entirely until the show page is manually refreshed.

Also, if you click the pen icon on the poster for “All Episodes” it opens the dialog to edit all episodes but never completes loading the dialog. Not that this “feature” should work mind you, I’m just relaying what I know.

I’ve confirmed this behavior with one other Plex admin I know, so you should be able to replicate it. Is this a bug in the new “Show Seasons” functionality that was updated recently?

Does it revert to normal if you re-load the web app in the browser? (F5)

Yes. If you manually reload the page, or just navigate away from the show and back to it, it corrects itself.

I’m told this is part of a bug that is in the process of being fixed right now.
