Hi iv been having problems with remote connection.
When i login remotely or any of my family login they get indirect access.
iv tried logging in on the same network and still getting indirect access. This seemed to of started week or two ago as iv not had any problem before this. I have port forwarding all done, so its not that and other then updating plex update iv not charged anything.
any help would be great
thanks

Ok, they’re not using IPs from the range 100, they are using “172.16”.
Your internet provider put you behind a CG-NAT. You will have to call them and say you need you Valid IP back. They probably will charge you for that.
Indirect access because of CGNAT is plausible, but not confirmed from a tracert.
If you visit canyouseeme.org or ipquail.com, does your IPv4 address shown there match the “Public” address shown in your “Remote access” screenshot above?
172.16 is after his home gateway. How will the packet return?
The only scenario I can see that happening is if the ISP router is responding with its own loopback or management interface IP.
In @liambaden’s Remote Access screenshot above, Plex shows “Fully accessible”. That means a MyPlex end-to-end reachability check was successful.
Traceroute doesn’t prove (or disprove) NAT. The best way to confirm double or CGNAT is to compare the local router’s WAN address with something like canyouseeme.org or ipquail.com results.
If the ISP is BT then CGNAT is very likely, but I’d love to understand why his Remote Access screen shows “Reachable”. Very few ISPs support UPnP or NAT-PMP alongside CGNAT.
